Our History
BREK Management, Inc., founded in 1997 by Richard Pease, can be traced to his twenty-plus years of experience in the planning, engineering and construction industries. This experience in capital construction markets showed Richard the shortcomings in many complex construction environments, where priorities for customers satisfaction, profitability and quality were lost on other misplaced priorities for investors and owners alike. As a result, BREK Management, Inc. was born as a program managements and owner representative firm.
