05 Buckhead

05 Buckhead is a high-end apartment high rise building located on the corner of Piedmont and Peachtree Street in the heart of Buckhead.  05 is a 20 story, 155 unit project  with retail/commercial space as well.

Brek Management served as the Owner Representative, Project Manager and Construction Manager throughout the projects completion.  Services included purchaser coordination services to assure proper finishes and customization of individual homes.  Final finishes including flooring and appliances were coordinated through BREK as well throughout the finish process.  Coordination with Architect and General Contractor to assist in processing change orders, and assuring quality of work as well as schedule and open issues will also be closely monitored by BREK.  Lastly, follow-up services provided through independent punch list services and project close-out  to ensure the highest level of finish for this high end apartment building
